In short: the extension works entirely inside your browser. It does not collect, send, sell or share any of your data.

What the extension does

Visited Links for Reddit colors Reddit posts you have already opened in purple, on every version of Reddit (www, old, new, redd.it links, image and video posts).

Data it uses

Browsing history (read-only). The extension looks up Reddit and redd.it addresses in your Chrome history to know which posts you have already opened. It reads nothing else and never changes or deletes your history.
Local storage. When you expand an image or video post without leaving the page, the extension saves that post's ID in Chrome's local extension storage so it stays purple later. Only post IDs and Reddit addresses are stored.

What it does not do

It does not send any data to the developer or to any server. It makes no network requests at all.
It does not use analytics, tracking, advertising or cookies.
It does not sell, transfer or share data with third parties.
It does not run on any website other than reddit.com.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored. Your Chrome history stays under your control and is managed from Chrome's own settings.
